As a member of LaraRunners, I agree to support the purpose of the association, and agree to comply with the incorporation rules.

Privacy
All personal information collected by LaraRunners Inc will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, loaned or otherwise disclosed except to authorised persons involved in activities related to, or under the auspices of, LaraRunners Inc and its affiliated associations, partners, and parent associations. LaraRunners Inc also reserves the right to release your information to companies in relation to matters of insurance, and to government authorities. Any information you give to us will be held with the utmost care and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to. However, LaraRunners will not be held responsible for events arising from unauthorised access of your personal information. Our member and guest details are maintained in a secure area protected from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. If you wish to access, alter or delete your information from our database please contact LaraRunners via the LaraRunners website at https://www.lararunners.com.au
Email communications
LaraRunners Inc will occasionally send news to members regarding our sport in relation to competitions, upcoming events, development, general news and other items that are deemed suitable for inclusion. This will be distributed to all members and any guests who request it. The information is relevant for athletes, coaches, officials, clubs, schools, life members and any other athletics interested people/groups.
Purchases and orders
When processing an order/entry, we need to know your full name, mailing address, phone number, email address, credit-card number and expiry date. This information is necessary to process your order/entry. Additional information may be required where deemed appropriate.
Feedback
LaraRunners welcomes ideas and feedback about all aspects of our business. This feedback will be stored and used to administer and refine our service and may be shared with LaraRunners Inc partners and sub- committees.
Privacy and site changes
LaraRunners Inc may review and update its privacy policy. Revised versions will be made available through the website.
Use of participant photos
In the conduct of LaraRunners Inc events, photographs may be taken of participants and compiled with results to record athlete participation, celebrate success and achievement, and to promote LaraRunners Inc. As a member of LaraRunners, you provide your permissions to use my photograph in print publications, online publications, presentations, websites and social media. I also understand that no royalty, fee or other compensation shall become payable to me by reason of such use.
By entering events under the auspices of LaraRunners Inc you undertake to abide by the LaraRunners Inc Privacy Policy.
